Accounting
The StratusVue Cost Management module can be used as a stand-alone field cost management system or seamlessly connects and transfers information to/from the following Accounting systems:  Sage 300, Sage 100, and Accumatica.   The StratusVue Connector will pass Estimates, Schedule of Values, Contracts (Subcontracts and Purchase Orders), Contract Change Orders and Commitment Change Orders, Direct Costs, Job to Date Costs, Commitment amounts invoices and paid, Contract amounts billed and received.

Operations
The StratusVue Project Management module is a complete cloud-based field construction application that provides simple entry and automatic tracking of essential field operations.  The user can access the information from anywhere by accessing the Web App or the Mobile App.  You can perform typical construction functions like: RFIs, Submittals, Punch lists, Issues, Daily Logs, Meetings, Transmittals and Expediting Logs.

Integral to these functions is the ability to import from other applications via excel imports into certain sections.  We have partnerships with companies like Pype.io, Common Scheduling Software and Analytic software like PowerBI.

AI
The StratusVue Documents module integrates the simple but powerful StratusLink and StratusDrive to give your team the power to collaborate from any computer locally and work on the native files together for a true integrated team operation.   All documents are recognized using our proprietary software to automatically hyperlink and reference not only the bound pages but any of the documents that have been created or stored in the project Management Module.  To ensure that the software gives you what is expected an excel spreadsheet is also provided breaking down the connections if required.
